Because of the writers' strike in late 2007, the final series of Battlestar Galactica was split in two – therefore, the DVD release titled Battlestar Galactica: Season Four is actually the first 12 episodes of the final season (confusing, eh?).
Not only do you get the 10 regular installments, but the Battlestar Galactica: Razor TV movie as well. Bonus material consists of a sneak peek at the remaining episodes (which are available on DVD and Blu-Ray now as well) and some deleted scenes.
