Channel 4 is the home of original comedy - this can’t really be disputed when you consider that they’ve been the ones brave enough to transmit stuff like Peep Show and Father Ted (both of which probably wouldn’t work on any other station).
The Book Group is another comedy drama shown on the channel. This particular show is about a group of individuals living in Glasgow who want to make new friends, lead new lives, and improve themselves by reading books.
