Instead of just simply ending without a conclusion, Channel 4 decided to commission one final Green Wing Special to round off the comedy series. Although not as good as previous episodes, it’s still of much better quality than many other shows that claim to be funny.
The DVD comes with an audio commentary by the cast and crew, a "behind the scenes" featurette, some deleted scenes, and an alternative ending.
