If there’s one drawback with The Complete Blackadder boxset, it’s that it’s not actually complete - the two Specials, "Blackadder’s Christmas Carol" and "Blackadder: Back And Forth", aren’t included.

What you do get are 24 episodes of top-notch British comedy, with lots of recognisable faces. Hard to believe that Hugh Laurie, better known as Dr House now, is a straight actor!

Doctor Who: The Invasion £3.89

Patrick Troughton’s Doctor encounters the Cybermen in London in Doctor Who: The Invasion. As with many serials from this era, a complete version doesn’t exist - episodes one and four have been lost forever (although the soundtracks still remain).

Not to worry though as this DVD has both in animated form, which is the closest we’ll get to seeing the complete saga. The documentary "Evolution Of The Invasion" is also included, featuring interviews with a number of cast and crew members.

A Celebration Of Blockbusters £13.59

Just in case you were confused, A Celebration Of Blockbusters isn’t anything to do with the classic Bob Holness quiz show - rather it’s a boxset which contains 10 very decent films.

These are Alien, The Day After Tomorrow, Fight Club, Kingdom Of Heaven, Master And Commander: The Far Side Of The World, Platoon, Rocky Balboa, The Silence Of The Lambs, The Usual Suspects, and X-Men: The Last Stand.

Zombie Strippers £4.99

As you’ll probably be able to tell by its title, Zombie Strippers isn’t a film that will appeal to those who appreciate the finer things in cinema. If you like semi-naked women, zombies, and lame political satire, then it more than likely will float your boat.

The DVD comes with some surprisingly decent special features though, including an audio commentary and a few deleted scenes. You’ll also find a couple of featurettes on the making of the movie as well.

Smallville: Seasons One To Seven £88.89

Smallville is an American series that follows the adventures of a young Clark Kent’s life in the fictional town of Smallvile, Kansas, during the years before he becomes Superman.

The Smallville: Seasons One To Seven boxset is a massive 42 disc set which contains the first 152 episodes of the show, along with a few extra features. These include commentaries, deleted scenes, featurettes, and all of the promotional tie-ins that accompanied seasons two, three, and five.

Masters Of Horror Boxsets £8.93 Each

Masters Of Horror is an American series which ran for two seasons, and follows an anthology format with each episode featuring a one-hour movie by a well-known horror film director.

Every set also comes with tons of bonus material, including an audio commentary on each movie and various featurettes that look at the making of them.

The Complete Steptoe & Son £25.97

It’s hard to believe that after some 46 years since it was first aired, Steptoe & Son is still a very highly regarded sitcom. I suppose the fact that the two actors playing the characters didn’t get on in real life as well helped add an extra element, which in turn drives the comedy forward.

The Complete Steptoe & Son boxset is a big 13 disc collection that contains all 57 episodes ever made, including the two Christmas specials. Sadly this doesn’t include the two films that were made, but you can’t have everything you want in life (actually, you probably can)!

Underworld: Evolution (Blu-Ray) £8.93

Underworld: Evolution is the sequel to action/horror movie Underworld, and is set immediately after the original. Although it’s maybe not quite as good, this film does have several more constructive plot elements than its predecessor.

The high definition release means you get the best possible picture and sound quality, plus all of the extras from the standard DVD version. These include an audio commentary, five featurettes, and a music video.
