Watership Down: The TV Series £17.88

Watership Down: The TV Series

Adapted from the Richard Adams novel of the same name, Watership Down: The TV Series shouldn't be confused with the feature-length film – although the two do share the same theme song (Stephen Gately sings "Bright Eyes" for this instead of Mike Batt though) and are both animated.

This 14 disc boxset contains all 39 installments that were produced, but it's a pity that there's no sign of any extra features. A "behind the scenes" special was definitely made, so it's a bit of a mystery why it's not been included here…

Friday the 13th: Extended Cut (2009) (Blu-Ray) £9.99

Friday the 13th: Extended Cut (2009) (Blu-Ray)

With Hollywood running out of ideas faster than turkeys on Christmas Eve at supermarkets, it's no surprise to see even more recent films getting re-imagined for a new generation – such is the case with Friday the 13th. Although it's nowhere near as good as the original, this horror film is actually quite a bit better than some other recent genre entries.

Picture and sound quality are top-notch, as you'd expect, for this high definition release. All of the extras from the DVD version are included too, such as an audio commentary, some deleted scenes and a couple of featurettes on the making of the movie.

Click here to buy the Friday the 13th: Extended Cut (2009), on Blu-Ray, for £9.99 from CD-WOW.

M*A*S*H: The Martinis and Medicine Collection £39.99

After the M*A*S*H film proved to be a success, a series was created soon after – albeit with completely different actors in the roles. It went on to become one of the most loved shows of all-time, and even now the antics of a team of doctors and support staff during the Korean War is very funny indeed.

Inside the M*A*S*H: The Martinis and Medicine Collection boxset you'll find a whopping 36 discs, which contain a total of 251 episodes. Also included are the original movie, with an audio commentary and "making of" special, alongside "M*A*S*H: 30th Anniversary Reunion" and "Memories Of M*A*S*H" documentaries, multiple featurettes on how the programme was made and a blooper reel.

HMV have this available for £39.99 – for more information, click here.

Starsky and Hutch: The Complete Collection £16.49

Starsky and Hutch: The Complete Collection

Even after Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson lampooned the series in a feature-length film, Starsky and Hutch still holds up as a very good police drama even today. The fashion and police tactics may have changed somewhat, but it's still great to watch.

Starsky and Hutch: The Complete Collection is a huge 20 disc boxset that contains all 93 episodes ever made from the four series'. There's also some special features that look at the making of the show and the aforementioned movie.

Jonathan Creek: Complete Series One to Four and The Christmas Specials £16.98

Jonathan Creek: Complete Series One to Four and The Christmas Specials

Jonathan Creek was quite unusual for a drama series in that it featured comic characters, comic sub-plots, and actors associated with comedy roles putting in straight performances. After a break of four years, a special one-off was shown in January of this year (with another planned for Easter 2010).

The Jonathan Creek: Complete Series One to Four and The Christmas Specials boxset does exactly what it says on the tin. The first 25 episodes are present and correct, and you also get some interesting bonus material as well.

Leon: Special Edition (Blu-Ray) £6.95

Leon: Special Edition (Blu-Ray)

Leon is a French English-language film which follows the work of a professional hitman (or "cleaner" as he would rather be known) living a solitary life in New York City, whose life is turned upside down after a chance meeting with a 12 year-old girl.

This excellent film looks and sounds fantastic in high definition, plus it comes with two different versions – the standard 110 minute cut and an extended director's cut which runs for an additional 23 minutes.

Only Fools and Horses: The Complete Series One to Seven £24.98

Only Fools and Horses: The Complete Series One to Seven

Even though it's been off our screens for around five years now, Only Fools And Horses is still as popular as ever. Sadly the follow up, The Green Green Grass, has been very poor – although somehow still manages to keep from being cancelled by the BBC.

The Only Fools and Horses: The Complete Series One to Seven boxset contains all 48 regular episodes ever made. Please note that this doesn't contain any of the Christmas Specials though (they are available separately).

Amazon are selling this set for £24.98 – click here for more details.
