Cary Grant: The Movie Collection £24.95

Cary Grant: The Movie Collection

Cary Grant was named the second Greatest Male Star of All Time by the American Film Institute, behind Humphrey Bogart, and is perhaps the best example of a debonair leading man – being that he was handsome, virile, charismatic and charming.

Inside the Cary Grant: The Movie Collection boxset you'll find 21 discs which contain 21 of his best films, including Bringing Up Baby, Gunga Din and Charade. Sadly there are no extra features, but this will probably take you quite some time to plow through anyway!

Cheers: The Complete Third Season £7.47

Cheers: The Complete Third Season

Cheers is an American sitcom that ran for 11 seasons between 1982 and 1993. Set in the famous Boston bar of the same name where a group of locals meet to drink and have fun, it was very nearly cancelled after the first year – after finishing 77th out of 77 on its premiere night.

The Cheers: The Complete Third Season boxset contains all 25 installments from the 1984 run, plus some short special features. These include a tour of the bar and a tribute to Nicholas Colasanto, who made his final appearances as Coach Ernie Pantusso just before his death.

Watchmen: Special Edition £6

Although some have been critical about the 2009 movie Watchmen, there's no denying it looks fantastic and is as good as the comic book – however, writer Alan Moore has perhaps been proven right when he said that it was unfilmable, with nothing really making it stand out from other superhero movies.

Inside the Watchmen: Special Edition set you'll find two discs that are packed with bonus material. These include three featurettes on the making of the film, a music video, some video journals, viral videos and a handful of fictional news reports.

Bill Bailey: Tinselworm £2.40

Without a shadow of a doubt, Bill Bailey is one of the best stand-up comedians this country has ever produced. Although his material isn't quite everyone's taste, he'll definitely make you laugh out loud at least once or twice – hence the reason he finished in the top ten of the 100 Greatest Stand-Ups lineup.

The Bill Bailey: Tinselworm DVD captures him live in performance at Wembley Arena in 2007, in absolutely top form. Also included are six additional sketches deemed unworthy to be contained in the full show.

The Complete Open All Hours £17.98

The Complete Open All Hours

Open All Hours was a BBC sitcom that starred Ronnie Barker as the owner of a small grocer's shop in Balby, a suburb of Doncaster in South Yorkshire – the show was also notable for giving David Jason his first big role, as Arkwright's nephew Granville.

Inside The Complete Open All Hours boxset you'll find four discs which contain all 26 episodes ever produced. Sadly there are no extra features, which feels like something of a missed opportunity (a tribute to Ronnie Barker would have been nice).

Amazon have this available for £17.98 – for more information, click here.

Lost: The Complete Fourth Season (Blu-Ray) £15.99

Lost: The Complete Fourth Season (Blu-Ray)

Although it was shortened a bit due to the writers strike, the fourth season of Lost was quite probably the best since the first one. Perhaps it had something to do with finding out who gets off the island…

Lost: The Complete Fourth Season, on Blu-Ray, contains all 14 episodes (16 were originally planned) and a few extra features. These include audio commentaries on four installments, featurettes on the making of the show, deleted scenes and outtakes.

Inglorious Basterds (Blu-Ray) £9.98

Inglorious Basterds (Blu-Ray)

Quentin Tarantino is known to pay homage to other filmmakers in his own movies, and this is again the case with Inglorious Basterds – the World War II "macaroni combat" sub-genre brought us such European films as The Inglorious Bastards (which obviously influenced the title).

This high definition version promises to look and sound fantastic, plus you'll get all of the bonus material from the standard DVD – including multiple featurettes on the making of the movie, deleted scenes and other small bits and bobs.

If you fancy Inglorious Basterds, on Blu-Ray, click here to buy it for £9.98 from Tesco.

National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation (Blu-Ray) £6.99

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (Blu-Ray)

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is the third installment in the Vacation series, and is considered by many to be a holiday classic. It's also one of the last funny films that Chevy Chase made before his career hit the skids…

This high definition release has excellent sound and picture quality, but it's a pity special features are nonexistent – it's be nice to hear how some of the cast feel looking back at the movie's success (in particular Chase).

Van Damme: 6 Pack £4.43

Van Damme: 6 Pack

Belgium is considered by many to be one of the most boring countries in the world – however, we should be thankful for them giving us Jean-Claude Van Damme. Without him, how would we have survived Street Fighter: The Movie or learned how to breakdance like a machine in Breakin'?!?

The Van Damme: 6 Pack boxset contains six of his best action films, although sadly none of the classics. Instead we get The Order, Derailed, In Hell, Wake Of Death, Second In Command and The Shepherd – all of which are more than entertaining enough.

The Hut are selling this for £4.43 – click here for more details.
