The L Word: Complete Seasons One to Three £17.98

The L Word was an American and Canadian co-produced drama series portraying the lives of a group of lesbian, bisexual and transgender people and their friends, family and lovers in the trendy Los Angeles-area city of West Hollywood, California. Although initially popular, ratings went downhill around the beginning of the sixth year – resulting in cancellation, to the surprise of no-one.

Inside The L Word: Complete Seasons One to Three boxset you'll find the first 38 episodes. Also included are a fair amount of extra features such as audio commentaries on selected installments, documentaries, featurettes, deleted scenes and other short bits and bobs.

Ben 10: The Complete Series £16.93

As any child (more than likely of the male kind) will tell you, Ben 10 is the best thing since sliced bread – most adults will probably disagree, but there's no denying that it at least keeps them entertained for a while!

Ben 10: The Complete Series does exactly what is says on the tin, by containing all 52 episodes from the original first four seasons. The final installment, titled The Secret of the Omnitrix, is also included as well – which rounds off the story in style.

The Saint From £26.47

The Saint was a long-running mystery spy thriller which ran on ITV between 1962 and 1969. It was based on the book series by Leslie Charteris, and centered on Simon Templar – a Robin Hood-like character who has a penchant for disguise.

Originally it was aired in black and white, and The Saint: The Complete Monochrome Series contains the 71 episodes that were broadcast in this fashion. Also included is an audio commentary with star Roger Moore and a "making of" documentary.

Beginning with the fifth series, episodes were shown in colour. Sadly this change resulted in the loss of Templar starting each episode by talking to the audience, which was replaced by simple narration.

The Saint: The Complete Colour Series features the final 47 installments, along with another audio commentary from Roger Moore and an extended documentary on the story behind the show. Also included are movie versions of the episodes "Vendetta For The Saint" and "The Fiction Makers".

After a break of nearly ten years, the show was revived in the form of Return Of The Saint. Roger Moore was replaced by Ian Ogilvy, and instead of being filmed in Britain most episodes were shot on location across Europe.

Return Of The Saint: The Complete Series is a seven disc set that contains all 24 episodes, although there are no special features with this one for some reason.

Six Feet Under: The Complete Collector’s Edition £51.87

Six Feet Under is a U.S. drama series that centres on the Fisher & Sons funeral home, and explores the lives of the Fisher family after the death of the family patriarch. Nice little pun they've done with the title as well – six feet is the depth at which bodies are buried you see.

Six Feet Under: The Complete Collector's Edition contains every single episode made from all five seasons, in a specially-designed gold-embossed boxset. Also included are hours of bonus material, including many audio commentaries and countless featurettes and documentaries.

Family Guy: The Complete Seasons One to Eight £69.99

In what has since become an incredibly irritating move, for some reason when it comes to certain TV shows (American Dad and Family Guy being the most obvious) in this country we get DVDs that are numbered wrongly – for example, this Family Guy: The Complete Seasons One to Eight boxset actually contains all of the episodes from seasons one to six and the first nine from season seven.

Why they insist on doing this I'll never know, but I'm afraid we have to live with it. Anyway, this set does come with a total of 115 installments to get through, plus there are countless hours of bonus material included as well – at least that' something to be happy about!

The New Statesman: The Complete Series £9.97

The New Statesman was a sitcom that aired during the late 80s and early 90s that satirised the Conservative Government of the time. It was sort of like a combination between "Yes Minister" and "The Young Ones" – in fact, both this and "The Young Ones" star Rik Mayall in a leading role.

The New Statesman: The Complete Series contains every episode from all four series', as well as the "Who Shot Alan B'Stard?" special and audio commentaries on selected installments.

The Tudors: Seasons One and Two From £21.97

The Tudors is a historical fiction series which is based upon the reign of English monarch Henry VIII, and is named after the Tudor dynasty (the "House Of Tudor" being a prominent European royal house that ruled the Kingdom of England and its realms from 1485 to 1603).

Inside The Tudors: Seasons One and Two boxset you'll find the first 20 episodes of the show, along with some bonus material. This includes audio commentaries on selected installments plus a wide variety of featurettes that look at the making of the programme.

The Godfather Trilogy: The Coppola Restoration £9.99

The Godfather films are all excellent, even if the third one is a bit iffy in places. The best of the three has to be the second one though – not only does it last what seems like an eternity, but it has possibly the best performance in the history of cinema from Al Pacino.

The Godfather Trilogy: The Coppola Restoration is a boxset which contains bonus materials from the original trilogy release, plus some brand-new ones as well. The picture for all three movies has also been carefully restored, and have never looked better.

Happy Days: The Second Season £3.85

Running for ten years between 1974 and 1984, Happy Days presented an idealised vision of life in mid-50's to mid-60's America. It also blasted Henry Winkler to fame as "The Fonz", and even helped give Robin Williams come to the attention of the public (Mork and Mindy was a spin-off from Happy Days as well).

Inside the Happy Days: The Second Season boxset you'll find all 23 episodes that make up the second year. Sadly there are no special features, but I'm sure that fans of the show will be happy just to be able to see them all again!

3rd Rock from the Sun: The Complete Series £12.97

3rd Rock from the Sun is a comedy show about a group of extraterrestrial scientists on an expedition of Earth (the "3rd rock" from the sun) to observe human beings, under the disguise of a "family".

A total of 139 episodes were made over the course of six seasons, and the 3rd Rock from the Sun: The Complete Series set contains them all – along with some extra features, including audio commentaries and deleted scenes.
