The Too Cool 4 School Boxset contains copies of Clueless, Election, Mean Girls and Napoleon Dynamite.
Napoleon Dynamite: From Preston, Idaho comes Napoleon Dynamite (Jon Heder), a new kind of hero complete with a tight red ‘fro, some sweet moon boots, and skills that can’t be topped. Napoleon lives with his Grandma (Sandy Martin) and his thirty year old jobless brother Kip (Aaron Russell), who passes his time searching for love in internet chat rooms. When Grandma hits the road on her quad runner, Napoleon and Kip’s interfering Uncle Rico (Jon Gries) comes to town to stay with them and run their lives.
Napoleon is left to his own devices to impress the chicks at school and assist his new best friend (Efren Ramirez) in winning the election for Student Body President against the snooty Summer (Haylie Duff); all the while making sure to feed Grandma’s pet Llama Tina, and avoiding connection with Uncle Rico and the herbal breast enhancers he sells house-to-house. Napoleon and Pedro put their skills and knowledge of pirates, cows and drawing to effective use, but it’s a surprise talent that leads to the pair’s triumph in the end…
Mean Girls: Brought up in the African bush by her zoologist parents, Cady (Lindsay Lohan) thinks she knows all about ’survival of the fittest’. But the law of the jungle adopts an entirely new significance when the home-schooled fifteen year old enters high school for the first time and falls for the ex-boyfriend of the school’s most popular girl. Let the ‘Girl World’ war start!
Clueless: It’s not easy being the most popular and glamourous girl at Beverly Hills High. Particularly when you’re the envy of calculating Betties (female babes), relentless Barneys (ugly guys), and teachers who go postal (freak out) when you turn your homework in late! Still, somehow 15-year-old Cher (Alicia Silverstone) keeps it all together - even finding time for extracurricular projects like finding a love match for her debate class teacher (Wallace Shawn), and giving a frumpy friend (Brittany Murphy) a fashion makeover. But Cher’s tidy world begins to unravel with the unexpected appearance of two total Baldwins (hunks): a sexy and stylish new classmate (Justin Walker), and Cher’s square but attractive "ex-stepbrother" (Paul Rudd). Now Cher is about to discover that when it comes to love, she’s… well, Clueless.
Election: Reese Witherspoon plays Tracy Flick, a straight-A go-getter determined to be president of Carver High’s student body. Popular teacher Jim McAlister (Matthew Broderick) chooses to derail Tracy’s obsessive overachieving by entering an opposition candidate. Mr. M never guesses that stopping Tracy is comparable with attempting to put toothpaste back in the tube…
